Ordering and Payment:

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Mondo Records is not responsible for possible errors on the site. There may be colour differences between goods as viewed on the site and their actual colours. Mondo Records has the right to refuse a sale for any reason whatsoever.

You will receive e-mail notification of your payment as an receipt. You will also be sent an e-mail to notify you of the dispatch of your goods.

Our Returns Policy:

You may return most items sold by Mondorecords.com within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact our customer services).

Please also note that we can not accept returns on the following:
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
If you live outside of the EU. Sales to outside the EU are final and we do not operate a returns policy to non EU countries as yet. Refunds will only be given if the item/garment supplied has a defect. Minor inconsistencies in the item/garment and variations in colour/size do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refund Policy:

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from Mondorecords.com. Mondo items bought from other shops or auction sites such as Ebay can obviously not be refunded by us.

After we have received your refund request, we will processed the refund issue and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. Refunds will be dealt with within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return.

How Refunds Are Calculated (please read carefully):

Your refund outcome will depend on several aspects:
Items that are not in the original condition they went sent to you, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be refunded.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be compensated for the shipping charge caused extra to your order because of that item.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use towards future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.


In the rare case of a complaint, please contact our customer services. In the confirmation email will be your order number which you will need to have at hand.

All disputes will be subject to British law. This site is provided by Mondo Records Ltd. No oral advice or written information given by Mondo Records Ltd, nor its affiliates, any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty. Under no circumstances shall Mondo Records Ltd or any other party involved in creating, producing, or distributing Mondo Records Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Mondorecords.com including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained from Mondo Records Ltd or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to Mondo Records Ltd records, programs, or services. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through Mondo Records Ltd.
